We ship within 2 business days of an order being placed.  We ship most items with USPS with tracking and insurance. For larger items we may use FedEx.  You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from us once your order has been shipped.


If a return is needed, contact  If you are instructed to ship your item back to us, it must be sent with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for items lost in shipping back to us that did not have a tracking information.

Damaged Package & Item

In a case in which your box and your item has arrived and has visible damage, you are requested to contact us as soon as possible at Please include a photo of the damaged item and box. Do not send the package back to us unless we make that request.
