Shipping

We ship within 2 business days of an order being placed through UPS with tracking and insurance.  You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from us once your order has shipped.

Returns

If a return is needed, contact barbara@gordyframing.com and we will address each individually.  If you are instructed to ship your item back to us, it must be sent with a tracking number and a printed copy of any email correspondence.  We are not responsible for items lost in shipping back to us that did not have tracking information.

Damaged Package & Item

In a case in which your box and your item has arrived and has visible damage, you are requested to contact us as soon as possible at barbara@gordyframing.com. Please include a photo of the damaged item and box. According to UPS, you must accept the package even if there appears to be damage to initiate a claim.  Refusing delivery will not allow the damage investigation to be properly done. Do not send the package back to us unless we make that request.
